Paul Thurrott is not the sharpest tool in the shed. He's certainly
not anyone's first choice as an anti-trust lawyer.

In the case of Microsoft and Netscape, there were actual damages and
and an email trail where Microsoft executives explicitly stated they
wanted to screw Netscape. Documented intent to harm.

Google may give away their software for free, but they are only doing
it because the want to make balls and balls of money from the
advertising.
