Personally I dont care a lot. As I don't have the misfortune to live or work in North America software patents aren't an issue for me.
Is anybody actually suing Google over Android? Last I heard Apple was shying away from such a battle as they would almost certainly come off worse. I thought they were just going for some of the hardware manufacturers, but I may be wrong on that point.
