Hi It is an examinable subject by UNEB in O-Levels and being offered in some schools like St Marys Kitende. Not sure when it began, but I saw a book having past paper questions of UNEB Computer Studies O-LEvels from 2002 - 2008.
So wondering about the A-Level bit Regards --- On Fri, 9/9/11, Mark Tinka <[email protected]> wrote: From: Mark Tinka <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [LUG] Any A-Level Schools offering Computer Studies To: [email protected] Cc: "Erika Wanda" <[email protected]> Date: Friday, September 9, 2011, 3:46 AM On Friday, September 09, 2011 06:37:33 PM Erika Wanda wrote: > Hi > > Which A-Level schools offer Computer Studies as a > examinable subject? I suppose the appropriate question would be whether this curriculum is recognized by UNEB, or the Ministry of Education, vis-a-vis A-Level's. While on the topic, it's been a while since I was in school, so I'm wondering whether the O- and A-Level systems have largely remained the same in Uganda, as they were, say, 10 or 20 years ago? Mark.
