Since ours is based on the UK one (I think, being a colony and all, e.t.c.), that one was changed since 1988 for O- Level, and 2000 for A-Level, for various reasons. Just wondering whether we've adapted, not to the changes the British have made, but, perhaps, to those more relevant for the Uganda people; if it is, indeed, necessary to even change. Mark.
