in KDE (once you got it working) you can tab different applications in 1 window.
so, no need for 30 windows. (and yes, you can also have one of these sexy bending animated bars in the bottom of your screen, like on this expensive Os (sorry, the name just escapes me) (and you can also make more desktops, and scatter the windows over those desktops, so alt + tab becomes useful again) (ah, you also have a way to zoom out all your windows, and then find the one you need in that mess, and click it) eh, its linux, there are 1000 ways. reinier > How do you juggle through 30 open windows in linux without pain? > > On Mon, Nov 21, 2011 at 3:53 AM, Jason Tumusiime <[email protected]>wrote: > > > ? > > > > On Mon, Nov 21, 2011 at 8:50 AM, brian muhumuza <[email protected]>wrote: > > > >> > >> On Fri, Nov 18, 2011 at 6:48 PM, Jason Tumusiime <[email protected]>wrote: > >> > >>> Jake, > >>> > >>> Really, Linux is cool, actually on my PC, you would never find a windows > >>> OS because > >>> honestly i can't afford it and I am an advocate of openness.
