Dear members Just did a search and found this link http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg00020.html
An interesting link from way back in 2002 when Bagyenda, Kizito, Bakiza and James were going on about SuSE 7.3! Now I know that lug emails to mail-archive came much later than the start of the list but i have no evidence for it (unless someone else does) Anyway the earliest LUG email is 29th October 2002. So it will be 10 years this October. We need an excuse to party and to celebrate OSS in the country and the distance both the community and country have come and what we would like to see in the next decade of Linux in Uganda. We should do a LUG Day sometime in October and it gives us time to plan. What do you all think? Kiggs -- Acta Virum Probant --
