Actually from my experience the only way to see such a message is when the
harddrive is TOTALLY BLANK.
Paul needs to install an OS.

PXE is Preboot Execution Environment an environment to bootstrap a computer
using a network interface card, so your computer keeps searching for boot
images of your respective OS from DHCP server in vain. So try changing the
boot order. (Boot sequence)
