@Benjamin
:) Well, threading could still be the term, but with the advent of newer platforms like iOS, android, cloud, etc, using the term nowadays could be second nature.

@Simon
:):)Honestly, there is too much discussion on this tech discussion forum (but where else would i expect it to be?) I object not, to the physical meeting, rather followed up on someone's earlier Friday suggestion of a virtual meeting.

So Simon, what direction should we take? Benjamin is in for the Physical meeting it seems, Allan could also be in, Brian said was busy, if you are also in for the physical meeting, then i think that may not be a risky lead to take....Allan could help us organize the venue as he said earlier..

Cheers.

Davis,

I think the main problem is too much discussion not enough action.

or Paralysis Analysis as some might say. ;-)

Brian has said he is busy for the next two weeks.........

@Hi guys, what exactly is the issue about the LUG meeting.

:)From earlier threads (don't mind the use of the word, am from an
earlier IT generation), i read that LUG was more prominent or existed
only in the virtual space on the internet.
So i think the proceeds of the venue for the meeting include
installing one of the popular java based conference software on your
server, and inviting us to register for the meeting.

Hi Brian,

If you can not ask your question on a public forum, you do realize you are
asking people to do paid work, right?

BTW, how is our next LUG meeting getting along?
