I don't know what comes first, but the issues should be Venue,
Attendees, Agenda, etc
So far, the direction seems to be that of a physical meeting and two
respondents are volunteering to organize that:
1. "kamukama allan" <[email protected]>
2. "Brian Ssennoga" <[email protected]> but with timing delay of
later than this week.
What then is the next step, is it one of the distinguished organizers
to tell us the way forward or something...

forum (but where else would i expect it to be?) I object not, to the
physical meeting, rather followed up on someone's earlier Friday
suggestion of a virtual meeting.
So Simon, what direction should we take? Benjamin is in for the
Physical meeting it seems, Allan could also be in, Brian said was
busy, if you are also in for the physical meeting, then i think that
may not be a risky lead to take....Allan could help us organize the
venue as he said earlier..
