Kodak was a one trick pony, but if you read my blog post, Microsoft is in almost any computing area, you touch and strong in the departmental areas where innovation is happening. The Microsoft of the 90's doesn't exist any more. So, in a way the Microsoft we learned to loathe is already half-dead. Even so, I think Microsoft is on the way out. They boarded the mobile/tablet train too late to get a strong foothold, and they will die out along with dedicated personal computers as we know them today.
