Yeah! pretty interesting story on Sterling Ball, but what caught my eye the most was that part of coming up with the "real-world applications for people's businesses..." in the context of payroll software. Do you think its possible for even small businesses say like in Uganda to have access to that kind of software via open-source avenues like Linux?
