Since the article was done in 2004, I believe alot more open source software has now come onto the market, though i still think there is more room for improvement.
However, since this story is so inspiring, how about make a version for our Ugandan community. So many small & big companies are using linux. Why? Did they have similar threats from M$ or copyright companies? What IT problems did/do they get?
