Orange has had the flat fee 300k unlimited 512kbps bundle for corporate
customers since mid-last year! I know
Of NGOs who pay for 2mbps

The article says:

     IPv6 will be available for Orange corporate customers
     who wish to peer on IPv6.

I did not think orange had 'corporate' internet customers? Last i asked them
for an internet service other than mobile data, i was told there's nothing
else on the menu.
