Yes they give you 512kbps 24/7 for the month at 300k. That is the ONLY thing
Orange is good for. Doing "what
it says on the label". I forget how one gets into the rarefied air of 2mbps
symmetrical (I don't remember if it is 
1 up 1 down or 2 up 2 down) but I recall it entails payment of dollars in
excess of $500 per month.

The 300K per month translates to approx. what UTL charges for its alleged 3g
128kbps (80k per month).
