Hi Guys,
I was wondering whether anyone knows where I can get statistics and
information on the development ICT usage in Uganda, preferably for the
2011/2012 period. The information I am looking for relates to how Uganda's
ICT usage has grown in the country, the positive (and possibly negative)
impact it has had on the sector such as the increased use of Mobile money
in the financial markets, the adoption of televisions from analog to
digital, growth of internet usage whether through mobile phones, 3G data
dongles or landlines, etc.
I have checked on the net for hours but it seems like either we don't keep
such statistics or no one has really done a study on any of these. I did
come across a paper though but it was kinda old (2009/10) on ICT adoption.

Any ideas? Would be really grateful for any links that one can provide,
preferably from credible sources rather than a blog or wiki. :)
