well if anyone read the verdict the case was not ios v android. Infact i think android may have been inspired by the idea of ios (or vice versa) But samsung decided that since it makes apple toys, that they would spend 3 months copying them and come out with te 1st galaxy. Since that was almost 3 years ago it doesnt even matter. The galaxy 3 which does not copy sold like gangbusters!!!!
