Colour me hard-to-please but really I think not. 1. 13" is far too small. Your average developer these days likes a bit more screen real estate because they have many windows open at a time (browser windows on a couple of reference documents, multiple source windows, etc). 15" is at the lower limit in my view, 17" would be good, but then the laptops tend to be heavy. 2. 4GB of RAM! Again from what I have seen, developers tend to run VMs from time to time, to test how things work in other environments (say for example how a site renders in IE8). Run your typical Windows VM in 4GB and see what happens. 3. Hard drive too small. Most people I know will have filled that with the music they listen to as they work.
