Bagaka, You'll need an ATA(Analogue Telephone Adapter) that will convert the digital packets to analogue and vis versa. These are pretty costly i would advice that you buy the digital or SIP phones from the start.
Your other option is using softphones like zoiper, but then again for a serious enterprise rollout, you're users will be comfortable using real phones than soft-phones that will require other peripherals (mic and headsets).
