To be fair, taking all the products, services, and business decisions of Yahoo! into account, I feel the real question ought to be "how is Yahoo! still around?" What do they actually do which their competitors don't do better?
Seriously. The only thing I know about Yahoo! is that one pretty often can assume that their e-mail users probably will use the CD-ROM unit as a cupholder.
