You say you are able to see mail via CLI, so I would assume your server
config is ok. I would look at the configuration of the client instead,
maybe try a different client? Is there a possibility that once you see the
mail via CLI the mail is marked "read" and your client is probably looking
for "unread" mail? How about you try IMAP settings for your client?
