Currently 2.6.22 fails with:

Sep 13 14:01:02 bull2 kernel: LustreError:
3722:0:(linux-proc.c:249:insert_proc()) couldn't register dump_kernel
Sep 13 14:01:02 bull2 kernel: LustreError:
3722:0:(module.c:378:init_libcfs_module()) insert_proc: error -1
Sep 13 14:01:02 bull2 modprobe: WARNING: Error inserting libcfs
(/lib/modules/2.6.22/kernel/net/lustre/libcfs.ko): Operation not permitted

The proc/sys interface changed and as usual there is a blatant lack of
documentation what one needs to change to make it work again.
