now that you've mentioned it I remember to have seen players (Lee Sanatana e.g.)
wiping their foreheads with their right hands before playing every next piece.
At first, I felt sympathetic about those exhausted poor guys in distress, but
then, I realized what they actually did: They took some sweat and oil onto their
fingertips to make them smooth (and improve the sound, I suppose).
