Hi Bernd: The index finger will usually come down after the ring finer has played the last note in the four note sequence, or the thumb will play the first two notes in the four note sequence leaving the ring finger free to play the fifth note. This takes some practice and I am sure others will have other methods. Usually a chord like this out of necessity will be slightly arpeggiated.
