It looks like I will post my tuning jokes on a semi-permanent WEB page and
it occurs to me that it might be good to sprinkle it with some serious
advice on tuning. There are many methods and tips that could be really
helpful to beginners, and even advanced players. If people want to send me
their best way of tunings and tips - a short paragraph should suffice in
most cases - I'll be happy to integrate that. I think several personalized
ways of tuning would help the pill go down better than Ze Authoritative Way
(Z.A.W.)... I will also try to integrate information on some of the "new
tunings" - cordes avalees, etc. I think that could be a useful ressource -
I know nothing about tuning with gut string for instance, Mimmo already
gave some tips on things to do with nylgut, all of which and more I'd
personally be happy to hear about more. Think about it the sharp way!
