Perhaps you do not know that Robert Dowland, the son of John, has a couple of Italian continuo songs by Giulio Caccini in his book "A Musicall Banquet", 1610. Robert intabulated his accompaniment in French/English tabulature. There is a modern facsimile of that book, but I do not if it is out of print today? There are also lots of other interesting songs around Europe in that book. And the accompaniment is in tabulature - very interesting also to a continuo player! All the best Arto
