I had this problem in the past, and I found the answer in a high quality 
men's clothing store.  I merely inquired, and they had all sorts of 
catalogues.  From there, I ordered and was able to obtain what I 
needed.  Avoid the large retail franchise type stores, and go to one that 
gives attention to the buyer.
