Well, there is: You play a short barre with your forefinger (1) on the two b's and the d is played by the ring finger (3). The difficulty comes from that you have to let the first string ring, too. The size of your fingers and the spacing of the strings should be in right proportion, which is not always the case. I remember, when I started practising this kind of chord shapes, how hard it was.
