It was edited and published by Peters a long time ago, you can obtain a 
"Verlagskopie" 
today. If you want to get serious, you should order the manuscript printouts 
from the 
Berlin Staatsbibliothek as well. All relevant information is to be found in 
Bach Jahrbuch 
1993 and 1994.
