Take a look to 05:02-05:04, and you can clearly see double strung (1st single) archlute stringing (and also hear it :-). In 04:08-04:09 you can see the other instrument standing behind the player. And that instrument seems to be a single strung theorbo - I would say it has the first two strings in the lower octave, the normal theorbo way.
