Well, as the only Urologist who posts to this list, I had to answer the subject.
I strongly recommend emailing or talking to a real person when you order your strings, especially for the first time. There are just too many variables and a web order page can be so vague that you don't know what you are getting. In the US, I often use Olav Henrikson (Boston Catlines) and I have emailed Pyramid strings directly with questions and orders.
