Dear Omer,

Welcome to a great topic --strings-- and one we often stretch to great
lengths.

A general rule of thumb is to add about 10 to 15 cms to your string
length (60 cms?) to the outside courses (being so close to the nut) and
maybe a little more on the strings in the middle (especially 10-c
instruments). If you buy 180 cm lengths, a cut in half should do you.
And buy a couple of extra top course strings --just in case.

When you gain some confidence at tying and estimating you can start
tricks like tying leaders.

good luck,

Sean
