It's called "Stravinsky" and dates from 1965 (if you believe IMDB.com) or 1966 (if you believe the NFB of C). Neither site says who the voiceover guy is. Orson Welles was probably available. Interestingly enough, IMDB lists five "cast" members, with Bream listed first, before the Stravinskys and Robert Craft. It's alphabetical.
