Try contacting the von Huene Workshop http://www.vonhuene.com/. They have carried exclusively a book of chords nad intervals for lute. I can't recall the author's name off hand and I own a copy of this, but it's at home and I'm not right now. They should still have this available though it's not in the online catalog.
