If the legal-types are right, then this goes both ways. After all, if
a copyright violation occurs when just a few chords are exhibited in a
lesson in the same order and time sequence as a copyright song, can't
an argument be made for prior art in every short sequence (or long
sequence) of chords in the same sequence and relative time duration,
busting a standing copyright?
