Dear Anthony,

For Macs (10.3.9 and above), I might suggest the Strobe Tuner 1.5 for
$15 from Katsura Shareware
http://www.katsurashareware.com/strobe/strobe.html

Granted it's not free but it's the best and cheapest I could find when
my Korg went into hiding recently. You can select meantone based on
tonic or herz (+/- 0.1 hz). There are many more flavors of meantone
than the Korg and it's very sensitive.
