Oh, I don't know. Let the fur fly! I think it gets interesting when we start talking about how to play the music. Some people like to take every note of a piece as part of a work of genius, and work from there to hopefully find the voice of the composer. Others like to mess around with the music, and work from there in an attempt to find their own voice. Either approach is valid. I'm going to stay tuned and see if any other points of view arise.
