Dear Chris,

A belated 'thankyou' for your message below, and kind remarks -- which are much
appreciated!

I'm writing because we've [we being Severinus] just had an enquiry about
Telemann's two works (TWV39: 1 and 2) for two lutes, two partitas in Bb and G
minor. Do you know of any edition(s)?

Let's hope we can do something with Mulliner ere the year's out.

Best wishes, as always,

Ian

PS I don't know if you knew, but getting on for a fortnight ago, Leslie Hewitt
(of Severinus) passed away in the nursing home where he'd lived for 6 years,
and his funeral took place yesterday.

Dear Ian

Thanks for the fawcon, now flying at a slightly lower altitude, and authority
to deputise. I shall tell them you insist on the song being performed by a
troupe of scantily clad female ice dancers as the only truly authentic
interpretation.

I'm sorry to hear about you mum. I have an elderly aunt who, after bladder
infections and falls, has seemed to become very confused, even senile - but
when she is physically recovered, her mental acuity returns. Very strange, but
it means there's always hope.

I'll keep you posted.

best wishes
Chris Goodwin
