W. Apel _notation_ p75 reproduces the woodcut, p76 has a modern typeset
chart which adds another form (1-,A,F,L,Q,X) from A Schlick 1512
(Tabulaturen etlicher lobgesang und lidlein).
J Wolf HdN (see Apel for full citation) has an even fuller chart which
covers use of 7,8,9+ courses.
