Editing with Quicktime player can give funny results. I've found it better to do in iMovie. Also, youtube uploads have been acting up for me lately. I get an error message but if I do nothing the video eventually does show up just fine. I'm assuming you also have looked at <[1]http://www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/answer.py?answer=132460&t opic=16612&hl=en-US> .
