Dear Luca

RISM lists this, which might be what you mean:

Woodfor Green, privatbibliothek Robert Spencer Ms. ohne Signature (I)

It's a MS that used to be in the private library of Robert Spencer
(where did Bob's books go, Royal College?), before that in the private
libary of A. Cortot.

French tab, 6 lines, for lute, and 5 lines for Mandora. Ca 1720.
It has a stamp on folio 1r: Bohush

Sorry, no help, really.

David
