Help needed in identifying a fragment of a melody and text on a wine
glass, dating from around 1600, found on an archaeological site in
Utrecht.

The fragment looks like part of an air de cour, perhaps an existing
one. It might be the whole air de cour is divided over more than one
glass, giving the opportunity of a chanson a boire in good company. It
might also be a poem written for a special occasion and left to us
only on the glas(ses). In that case there is a strong possibility the
melody is taken from an existing song. Any help in solving the puzzle
is appreciated.

The text is French:

Je m'en vais boire ... //: à la santé de Madame. Je vous la porte sus
susz le bois à toy, fais tout ansy que ...
Pourquoy le faire ... //: Je ne veux pas estre infame, ca qu'on en
sorte, Je fray raison ma foy, Je suivrai vostre Loy ...

At the dots, words are missing.

The melody is written on five lines, but clef and key signature are missing
