Many do-it-yourself youtube recordings sound more natural to me than commercial recordings. Good mics really help, and picking a decent room and good mic placement help too. But, for my money, leave the artificial reverb out. I use the Zoom Q3 because it's a simple all-in-one unit and has pretty decent mics. Your youtubes sound fine to me, Arto.
