I just downloaded it and am reading the source :) It seems that the source code defines the specific clefs and there's no way to use anything that hasn't been written in the source code (i.e. you can't define your own custom clef outside of what's in section 7 here http://www.lautengesellschaft.de/cdmm/userguide.pdf ) However... I'm pretty sure it would be easy enough to add a new clef to the code - I could do that if anyone wanted...
