Utorpheus are fine. I've ordered several items from them with no problems.

Of these three, my only dealings have been with Utorpheus, from whom I
bought the Andrea Damiani lute method book.  My experience was positive.
When my copy arrived and had some missing pages - non printed - they
immediately sent me another copy without requesting return of the defective
