Yes, I agree with you, Thomas; Martin is achieving a depth of sound,
here, with his all gut stringing at 67cm and this particular model,
which it could be rare to hear with a 60cm lute.

Gorgeous playing & lute! I love the C36, I've always thought the
mensur & overall proportions to be ideal for a late 16th century
lute.
