I _love_ your performance of the Pollet Menuet that you posted! 

Not really being familiar with the instrument, I was surprised by the size of 
the instrument — very different from my little EMS cittern kit. Even more a 
difference than between my baritone uke and a soprano.

You listed the source of the Menuet as XI Recueil, Oeuvre XIX. M.Pollet l'ainè, 
Paris.
I have (quickly) looked through the online Pollet sources you pointed to on BnF 
at
http://data.bnf.fr/14846065/charles-francois-alexandre-victor_pollet/
but have not found that volume. 

Might there be another online source for that source?
