Well, there are Pittoni's Sonatas da chiesa and da camera for theorbo
with a continuo part for organ and cembalo respectively. Also
Kapsberger's third and fourth chitarrone books with a continuo part
that could be done on keyboard. No written out parts that I know. Also,
those works are of course for theorbo, which won't work on 6 course
   lute.

I know of two surviving written-out lute accompaniments for Amarilli.
There is the well known one possibly by John Dowland in his son
Robert's "Musical Banquet." The other is in the lute book of Elizabeth
of Hessen, c. 1610. It is a very unusual realization. Every chord has
   been placed in root position.

Lute and organ combo would create unsolvable balance problems, wouldn't
