Time to put the bridge and nut under a microscope- well, just a good
magnifying glass in a good light, & examine at all angles, cast shadows
around - you are trying to find any and all imperfections, sharp edges
or even hard angles and rough spots that can be smoothed down with very
fine nail files and then fine grit sand paper- from 220 to 1000 or even
1500 grit. Then polish. Also, is your 1st course peg hole on the inside-
or at any spot on the peg that would cause the string to travel at a
sharp angle across the nut, in addition to over the nut?
After all that, can you get any kind or size of string that will allow
you to at least reach g if A is down to 415, or even 392?

The 7 octave wont reach G4, tried that. And there are no fishing
stores
here, so that's also not an option. The string I have
