Les; I am another who can't make it to "1st Tue meetings due to a clash
with the Existentialist Society;
so;
1/ is the proxy form asking for my address at the first line
commencing "of" ? ;
2/ if for example I was using Lev as my proxy, what should go at the
second line
commencing "of" ?
