Lev's a pretty trustworthy and ethical person so i trust him to handle
my proxy vote correctly whether his personal opinion agreed with mine or
not - my concern was whether it was fair or reasonable to put the burden
of a large number of proxy votes all on one person.

Lev's said it's OK by him, so i'm happy with that.
